Also normal ist die Menge von einem Schnapsglas pro Kaffeebezug. Ich würde auf die Wandlung des Kaufvertrag bestehen. Entweder Geld zurück oder ein Austauschgerät wenn es dreimal der gleiche Fehler war und dieser nicht behoben wurde. Selbst öffnen würde zu Garantieverlust führen.
