Ist die Heizung und das Dampfventil auch entsprechend kalk frei. Nicht das es daran hängt. Weil die Heizpatrone (spiralförmig) ist auch gerne ein Kalkfänger ist.
Ist im Wassertank ein Filter? Dann vielleicht mal entfernen und testen. Auf jeden Fall kommt wohl zu wenig Wasser in die Heizung. Das Sieb der Brüheinheit kann man mal reinigen, das kann auch zu Problemen führen. Wenn die Pumpe das Wasser anzieht, ist sie normalerweise nicht kaputt.
Falls die Warenrücksendeschein nicht vorhanden ist, dann kurz eine persönliche Nachricht an mich mit der E-Mail Adresse dann sende ich diesen zu.
Ansonsten geht auch eine Rechnungskopie mit einer kurzen Fehlerbeschreibung und dem Vermerk Austausch.
Ob ein berechtigte Reklamation vorliegt, entscheidet im Endeffekt dann der Techniker.
Wie lange es dauert kann ich leider nicht genau sagen. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit eine neue zu bestellen und die alte zur Erstattung zurückzusenden.
Vielleicht hat jemand noch eine Idee.
