Yep, I guess it's the old known problem meaning a calcination within your system. It's not a doddle to find out but I would start to clean all inner tubes and valves. Especially at the end of this tubes there is quite allot of calc. You have to remove all tubes to fix it.
Another hint is to clean die blast pipe in the slider. This was an issue I had.
Koffee power is still dry not very wet?
