XP 7240: Wasserstand / Wassertank werden nicht mehr erkannt

Moin, moin,

meine Krups Expresseria XP 7240 hat bereits seit einiger Zeit das Problem, dass der Wasserstand im Tank nicht richtig erkannt wird. Meldet "Wasser auffüllen" obwohl Tank voll.

Bisher hat immer folgendes geholfen: im Tank befindet sich ein Schwimmer, dessen Position vom Gerät berührungslos (magnetisch?) erkannt wird. In der entsprechenden Kammer verblieb jedoch nach dem Auffüllen mit Wasser zuletzt immer eine Luftblase, wodurch der Schwimmer nicht nach oben stieg. Wenn man bei herausgenommenen Tank im Bereich des Schwimmers klopfte (oder den ganzen Tank fest auf der Tischplatte aufsetzte) dann entwich die Luftblase und der Wasserstand wurde anschl. korrekt erkannt.

Dies funktioniert jetzt nicht mehr. Gerät meldet "Wasser auffüllen" oder auch "Tank einsetzen" obwohl Tank voll bzw. eingesetzt.

Wer kennt diesen Befund? Lohnt sich eine Rep.? Gerät hat ansonsten immer einwandfrei funktioniert und ist tadellos in Schuss.

So far, always following helped: in the tank there is a float, the position of the device contact is detected (magnetic?). Who knows these findings? Is it worth Rep.? Device has otherwise performed flawlessly and is impeccably maintained.

Vielleicht einfach den Wassertank ersetzen. Der Schwimmer muss komplett nach oben gehen, sonst erkennt das Gerät den vollen Wassertank nicht.

Der Schwimmer geht ja komplett nach oben. Spätestens dann, wenn man an der entspr. Kammer klopft und den Tank ein wenig hin und her bewegt, geht die Luftblase raus und der Schwimmer ist oben am Anschlag. So hat das bisher immer funktioniert. Jetzt halt nicht mehr, obwohl Schwimmer ganz oben. Zudem sollte der Schwimmer ja nur den Wasserstand melden. Das Gerät moniert aber auch (wechselnd) Tank einsetzen.

Noch eine Ergänzung: Habe in einem anderen Forum den Tipp gefunden, bei abgenommenen Tank an der Stelle, wo sich der Schwimmer befindet, einen Magneten ans Gehäuse so halten und sehen, ob die Fehlermeldung verschwindet. So könne man prüfen, ob der Schwimmer (und der hierin enthaltene Magnet) oder im Gerät selbst der "Hallsensor" defekt sei.

In meinem Fall hat diesen keinerlei Effekt. Schwimmer (und Magnet) somit wohl i.O. und Fehler im Gerät.

Wodurch der Fehler aber jetzt erst einmal verschwunden ist: Gerät ausschalten (und kurz warten) > Stecker ziehen (und kurz warten) > Stecker wieder rein und einschalten. Gerät führt den Autotest durch und geht dann normal in Betrieb. Keine Fehlermeldung hins. Wasserstand oder fehlendem Tank.

Also liegt der Fehler wohl im Gerät, z.B. an diesem "Hallsensor". Kann man das selbst reparieren?

What the error is gone but now only once, switch it off (and short wait)> plug (and short wait)> plug back in and turn on. Device performs the auto test and then goes back to normal operation. No error message hins. water level or missing tank.

So the fault is probably in the device, for example, in this "Hall sensor". Can you fix it yourself?

Das Gerät muss geöffnet werden um den Hall Sensor zu tauschen.
Allerdings haben wir diesen nicht im Sortiment. Vielleicht mal direkt bei Krups anrufen.

Könnten Sie nicht prüfen, ob Sie den Hallgeber beschaffen können? Würde ggf. im Paket eine Grundreinigung und Wartung (Prüfung, Austausch Dichtungen, etc.) beauftragen.

Ich empfehle die Kontaktaufnahme mit Krups. Dies ist der schnellste Weg. Wir haben einfach eine begrenzte Anzahl an Ersatzteilen.
