Dampf fehlt beim Entkalken

Das knallen kommt wahrscheinlich vom Dampfventil oben. Darüber geht der Überdruck weg. Der Druckt baut sich auf und das Überdruckventil löst aus. Wahrscheinlich eine starke Verkalkung vorhanden. Diese müsste lokalisiert und entfernt werden.
