EAM 3300 Warnleuchte nach dem Einschalten ständig an

Servus,

habe das Problem, dass nach dem Einschalten die rote Wanleuchte '!' und die zwei grünen Kaffeeleuchten permanent brennen. Die Brüheinheit ist ganz oben und hat noch gemahlenen Kaffee intus. Beim letzten mal Kaffee brühen, gab es keine Auffälligkeiten.

Jemand einen Tipp was die Ursache sein könnte bzw. was ich beheben könnte?

Also normalerweise macht das Gerät einen Selbst-Test. Somit fährt die Brüheinheit hoch und runter. Macht das Gerät dies nicht, dann zeigt sie allgemeine Störung.

Man kann probieren nur den Satzbehälter ohne Auffangschale einzusetzen und die Tür zu schließen.  Vielleicht fährt die Brüheinheit in Grundposition.
Geht das nicht dann sind wohl folgende Defekte möglich:

- Brüheinheit
- Antrieb
- Reed Platine

Allerdings halt schwer zu sagen ohne das Gerät durchgeschaut zu haben.
