Ich habe hier eine Ecam 650.55 ms die beim einschalten immer anzeigt dass ein Reinigungs Vorgang läuft. Dabei fährt die Brühgruppe paar mal rauf und runter. Danach soll man die Tresterschale leeren.
Als nächstes wird das Menü angezeigt. Will man einen Kaffee zubereiten, wird das trockene Kaffeemehl in die Tresterschale geworfen.D.h sie spült nicht und es kommt auch kein Wasser. Einmal hat sie sporadisch nach mehrmaligen Ein und Ausschalten funktioniert. Hat da jemand eine Ahnung?

Passiert ist das Ganze nachdem ich an der Brüheinheit die Dichtungen getauscht habe und sehr wahrscheinlich die Brüheinheit danach - obwohl ich den Anleitungen (PDF und Video) gefolgt bin - doch falsch zusammengebaut bzw. eingesetzt habe.

Die Brüheinheit ist nach dem Einschalten losgelaufen und dann mit einem "Knall" stecken geblieben.
- Es gab keine Fehlermeldung auf dem Display aber der obere Hebelarm ist am Trägerrahmen ausgebrochen und lag mitsamt Schraube im Tresterbehälter.
- Zum entnehmen der Brüheinheit musste ich den Riemen am Stellmotor bewegen, um die Brüheinheit wieder in die "Mitte" zu bewegen.

Ich habe die benötigten Teile (Trägerrahmen, Hebel und Brüheinheit) bestellt aber bevor ich alles zusammenbaue stellen sich mir folgende Fragen:

- Wo bzw. wie muss die neue Brüheinheit nach so einem Fall positioniert werden?
- Gibt es eine definierte "Start-Position" an der die Brüheinheit platziert werden muss?
- Oder erkennt die Maschine über Microschalter o.Ä. die Endpositionen (oben, unten) sowie die Entnahmeposition selbst?

Ich habe die benötigten Teile (Trägerrahmen, Hebel und Brüheinheit) bestellt aber bevor ich alles zusammenbaue stellen sich mir folgende Fragen:

- Wo bzw. wie muss die neue Brüheinheit nach so einem Fall positioniert werden?
- Gibt es eine definierte "Start-Position" an der die Brüheinheit platziert werden muss?
- Oder erkennt die Maschine über Microschalter o.Ä. die Endpositionen (oben, unten) sowie die Entnahmeposition selbst?

Habe langjährige Erfahrungen mit ESAM Vollautomaten inkl. Eigenreparaturen. Dank diverser Videos und Netzhilfen gelingt Vieles! Unsere derzeitige ESAM 5500 magnifica hat erst 8500 Bezüge, also grundsätzlich kein Grund für einen Systemwechsel. Außerdem sind von ehemaligen ESAM 4500 diverse Teile, z.B. Brüheinheiten verfügbar, so dass immer eine solche, revidiert verfügbar ist, um einem Grundmangel des System zu begegnen. Wird der untere Brühkolben zu schwergängig (nicht mehr mit einem Finger runter zu drücken) wird Kaffeemehl in Maschine verteilt, auch kommt hin und wieder Wasser in den Tresterbehälter. 
Die Revision dieses Brühkolbens ist in 15 Minuten getan, Entfwernung der Halteklammer, Entnahme des Brühkolbens, Reinigung/Ersatz der Gummidichtungen, Kontrolle des Cremaventils, Neufettung und Zusammenbau.

Aus interesse habe mir Videos zu Reparaturen von ECAM Maschinen angesehen: schön eng im Gehäuse, mir scheint die Zugänglichkeit der Aggregate in der ECAM-Reihe deutlich schwieriger zu sein. Sicher muss teilweise mehr abgebaut werden, um an einegbaute Aggregate zu kommen - oder?
Allein die Revision der geänderten Brüheinheit der ECAM-Reihe erschein mit deutlich aufwändiger als bei der ESAM-Reihe.

meine DELONGHI Magnifica S ECAM hat seit einiger Zeit das Problem, dass sie unten drunter nass wird bzw. Wasser verliert. Es kommt ziemlich genau dort raus, wo der kleine rote Miniauffangbehälter eingesteckt ist. Dieser ist aber immer komplett trocken. Es läuft quasi an oder hinter ihm vorbei.

ich habe seit vielen Jahren meine ESAM 2200 "Caffee Venezia" im Einsatz - allerdings technisch nicht sehr viel Ahnung von Vollautomaten und erhoffe mir daher eure fachkundige Hilfe!

Seit einiger Zeit passiert es zunehmend häufig, dass nach Einsatz des Wasserbehälters kein Wasser mehr gepumpt werden kann. Die Pumpe arbeitet dann sehr leise für ein paar Sekunden, ohne dass Wasser durch die Brühgruppe geht, und hört irgendwann auf (abwechselnd blinkende LEDs).

Bisher hat es immer geholfen, mit dem Dampf-Wählhebel heißes Wasser auszulassen, daraufhin hat dann auch alles andere wieder funktioniert (tadellos bis zum nächsten Wasser-Nachfüllen). Heute früh ging auch das zum ersten mal nicht mehr - auch hier nur ein ganz leises Pumpen ohne Erfolg.

Aufgrund des Fehlerbildes vermute ich stark, dass das Problem irgendwo zwischen Wassertank und Pumpe liegt.

Kann mir jemand helfen und sagen, welche Teile / Dichtungen ich tauschen muss?

Leider finde ich diese Feder in den gängigen Ersatzteilshops nicht als eindeutiges Einzelteil.

Daher meine Fragen an euch:

Zusätzlich habe ich noch ein anderes Problem:
Der Kaffee kommt nur mit etwa 60 bis 64 °C aus der Maschine, egal welche Temperatur ich im Menü einstelle (niedrig / normal / hoch).
Hat jemand von euch eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte? Eventuell ein Thermostat, Temperatursensor oder ein Problem mit dem Durchlauferhitzer? Heizelement wurde schon getauscht. 

Ich würde mich sehr über Tipps oder einen Link zu einem passenden Ersatzteil freuen.
