Well, I don't know what you mean by pressure, but, I disconnected the hose coming from the flow meter (the one going to the pump) and as soon as I connected the water tank (well within a second or 2) water started dripping out of the hose.

Since it basically gave up immediately from one day to the next and makes a higher noise now, is that common that pumps go "bad" this way, I mean quite "digital" (on/off)?
