Anyway I assume you are quite experienced with your machine. I attached a very useful water circulatin plan, described in German but picture in English )-)).
First of all you can check the water pump. Remove the tube on the pressure side and see if water comes out while machine is work und. Please be aware of 220 volt!,
If ok you must check all other components as you can see in the plan. Please also check the small tubes and blow trough. Take a needle if not successful. Don't be hesitate for further questions!

Thank you for the water map! I will probably check it out this weekend so I can order parts on monday morning. Will update the thread when I know more.
Yes, the water is very very soft where I live (we're lucky), no calcification at all and I've had my machine since new and it has brewed 12708 cups to date.
