Wo sitzt der Temperatursensor? Oben oder an der Seite? Hast du ihn mal gegen einen anderen ausgetauscht?
Ich hatte das einmal, und hab dann einen Widerstand in das Kabel des Sensors eingelötet. Zuerst einen Poti eingelötet und geregelt bis es passt, dann den Wert ausgelesen und einen dementsprechenden Widerstand eingelötet.

I had that once, and then got a resistor in the sensor's cable soldered. First, a potentiometer soldered and controlled until it fits, then read the value and soldered a corresponding resistor.
