Dichtring Stößel Brühkopf wechseln

Hallo,
wollte den Dichtrung wechseln, jetzt scheint dieser komplett mit Gewinde aus dem Brühkopf gekommen zu sein.
Ist das reparabel ? wie hätte ich das verhindern können ? Brauche ich jetzt einen neuen Brühkopf ?
