Jura Impressa Z7

Hi, I probably have a software problem with my Jura Impressa Z7. The coffee machine hasn't been connected for a while, and when I plugged it back in, it started doing strange things. Most of the buttons didn't respond anymore and the machine only beeps. A few times the machine starts making coffee out of nowhere. After many times off and on most of the buttons work again but I can't operate the rotary switch.
Does anyone know how to perform a software reset on the machine?
