Jura S9 Störung 8

Hallo Leute,

Die Tage zeigte meine Jura S9 die Störung 4 an. Mit Hilfe dieses Forums konnte ich das Problem beseitigen (Thermosensor getauscht). Zuerst ging die Maschine einwandfrei. Am nächsten Tag hat die Maschine beim einschalten jedoch nur noch laut "geklackt" und die Störung 8 wurde angezeigt. Also habe ich mich zunächst erneut informiert und hatte zuerst den Trafo in Verdacht. Also ich die Maschine heute morgen jedoch zum Test angeschaltet habe, passierte folgendes. Zuerst hat die Maschine wieder kurz "geklackt", anschließend kam dieses "Drehgeräusch" (welches bei jedem normalen Startvorgang ertönt), jedoch hat es sich langsamer und schwergängiger angehört. Jedenfalls war die Störung weg. Also habe ich das Gerät ein paar mal mit der Spültaste gespült und bei jedem Spülvorgang wurde das "Drehgeräusch" besser, bis es sich wieder normal angehört hat.

Als ich die Maschine heute mittag wieder angemacht habe, hat sie wieder nur geklackt. Nach ein "paar" neustarts kommt wieder dieses schwergängige "Drehgeräusch".

Es hört sich für mich so an als ob etwas klemmen würde. Liegt es vielleicht an der Brüheinheit? Ich wäre für jeden Tip sehr dankbar!

Also die Störung 8 ist normalerweise ein Indiz für einen Defekt der Brüheinheit oder des Antrieb.

Mhm, würde es sich lohnen die Brüheinheit zu überholen? Wie kann ich testen ob der Antrieb noch einwandfrei läuft?

Ich würde die Brüheinheit ausbauen und manuell drehen. Sie sollte leicht laufen. Ansonsten überholen und etwas fetten. Wüsste nicht wie man den Antrieb testen kann. Beim Zahnrad kann man die Zähne anschauen.

Es lag am Trafo. Das Revidieren hat der Brüheinheit zwar gut getan aber es hat nicht das Problem gelöst.
Der Trafo hatte keine 15V Sekundärspannung mehr. Neben der Heizung war ein Schlauch undicht.

Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Hab schon mal gehört dass die Heizung direkt über dem Trafo sitzt und Wasser darauf tropfen kann. Hätte ich aber nicht dran gedacht.

Thanks for the feedback. I´ve heard that the heater sits directly above the transformer and may drop water on it. But I had not thought about it.
