Hallo Zusammen, ich brauch mal dringend Hilfe.
Ich habe das Entkalkungsprogramm gestartet und es lief auch ganz normal durch. Aber jetzt passiert folgendes:
Kaffee wird gemahlen, Wasser wird gepumpt, aber das Wasser kommt merkwürdigerweise aus der Schwenkdüse und landet nicht in der Tasse. Im Tresterbehälter liegt dann der frische, trockene und gemahlene Kaffee.
Was ist das?
Ich habe heute nochmal das Entkalkungsprogramm gestartet, aber immer noch das selbe Problem. Hängt da irgendwo ein "Kalkbrocken"? Und wenn ja, wo soll ich anfangen zu suchen?!
Bin für jede Hilfe oder Idee dankbar :-)

ja, da ist sicher vermutlich das Dampfventil mit Kalkkrümeln verklemmt. Da das Wasser aus dem Dampfrohr kommt würde ich vermuten das das Dampfventil auf der Heizpatrone nicht mehr schließt.
