Z5 - Sehr viel Schleifstaub im Mahlwerksaufnahmeschacht - sauraub - 11.08.2014
Hallo zusammen,
beim "Restaurieren" meiner Jura Z5 habe ich nach dem Ausbauen des Mahlwerkes in dem dafür vorgesehenen Schacht sehr viel Schleifstaub, ich nehme an von den Kohlen, vorgefunden. Ist das normal so? Oder was ist hierfür die Ursache? Eingebaut ist ein Domelmotor.
Bei meiner alten E55 habe ich nie Schleifstaub im Gehäuse vorgefunden.
Für Eure Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar!

the "Restore" my Jura Z5 I have after removing the grinder in the slot provided much grinding dust, I suppose from the coals found. Is this normal so? Or what is the reason for this? Built is a Domelmotor.
On my old E55 I have never found grinding dust in the housing.

Sehr viel eigentlich nie. Sind die Kohlebürsten stark abgenutzt bzw.der Kollektor des Ankers unrund können diese Feuern und es kommt zu einer stärkeren Abnutzung bis sich diese an den Litzen aufhängen. Schau dir mal an wie lang die Kohlebürsten noch sind.

Very much actually never. If the carbon brushes badly worn or the collector of the armature is not round, it can fire and there is a stronger abrasion to this hang on the flex. Look how long the carbon brushes are at times still.

Vielen Dank für die Info Jurist. Sollte das der Fall sein muss ich den Motor wohl tauschen. Die Maschine hat ca. 40.000 Bezüge. Da ist es wohl besser ich tausche auch gleich das komplette Mahlwerk. Oder wieviel Bezüge hält so ein Mahlwerk ca. aus?

Bei 40k Bezügen ist ein Austausch ok. Ich würde gleich ein leiseres Mahlwerk verwenden.

At 40k cups is a replacement ok. I would use a quieter grinder.
